New CIM Events Hotline

To improve customer service at the CIM , a new events line has been set up:

01628 427340

This is now live and will enable better handling of delegate enquiries.

01628 427120 will still take you to the contact centre until the end of the year, where you are given the option of press 1 for membership and press 2 for events.
