Kent CIM Branch Volunteers attend CIM South East Gathering

Members of the Kent CIM branch committee, together with its counterparts from Sussex, Surrey, Solent and Thames Valley met for a regional gathering of volunteers at CIM Headquarters at Moor Hall, Cookham.

There were a number of objectives for the day:

- To receive the CIM National plan for the next three years from its Chief Executive, Rod E Wilkes

- Be appraised of the development of various training and membership initiatives

- To discuss best practice with other branch volunteers

Ian Lockyer, Kent CIM Chairman said,’ it was really useful to attend this event. Some of our volunteers have never been to Moor Hall and it was good to get presentations from its key staff.’
