Marketing Events Programme Launched

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

The Chartered Institute of Marketing has launched its first ever UK events calendar for all its local, regional and national events.

The calendar, which covers over 100 events taking place this Autumn and Winter throughout the UK, is being promoted through various channels to The Institute’s UK members and the wider marketing and business communities.

Highlights of the programme include the House of Commons Debate on the 27 October, The Institute’s Annual National Conference in Birmingham on the 11 November, ‘Marketing in Challenging Times’, and its latest Agenda Paper on marketing and the Olympics, which is being presented in a series of events across the country this Autumn.

Jon Fisher, General Manager at The Institute said “I am delighted with our new events programme which showcases the enormous breadth of events we offer. From B2B and branding, through to SEO and segmentation, we offer marketers, and all those involved with marketing, a fantastic range of high-quality events on the techniques and issues affecting today’s business professionals.”

The Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Autumn and Winter 2008-09 Events Programme can be downloaded for free from www.cim.co.uk/events or can be obtained by requesting a free copy from cimevents@cim.co.uk or 01628 427120.
