This two hour workshop, held in Maidstone on 24 October by Canterbury-based marketing communications agency, SEA Ltd, attracted 20 companies from a variety of industry sectors including construction, travel, legal, and financial services. Engaging staff, understanding customers’ perceptions and needs and monitoring competitors’ activities were some of the key issues flagged up for discussion by SEA managing director, Simon Edridge.
